Planning a getaway doesn't need to be stressful. Here are some of the most popular questions we're asked.

What is the cancellation policy?

A last minute cancellation represents a cost for us (no possibility to rebook your dates). Therefore, should you have to cancel your stay, it is always better to let us know as soon as possible.

Up to 5 days before your arrival date: you can cancel your reservation and be fully refunded.
Less than 5 days before your arrival date: you forfeit the full rental amount if you cancel.

Do you have WI-FI in the apartment? If so, what is the speed of the internet and is it sufficient to work for the apartment?

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi (Cogeco UltraFibre 180 Unlimited) so you can easily work from there (emails, videoconferencing, etc.).

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we are pet friendly (2 maximum), but there is a $100 fee per pet to cover the hypoallergenic treatment after your stay.
1. Although we do accept pets in the apartment, we expect them to be well behaved and that pet owners take good care of them during their stay. The pet is your entire responsibility. Be careful not to leave your animal alone and unattended for a long time, to avoid any damage in the apartment and/or unwanted barking in your absence which could disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood.

2. Also, any damage caused by your animal or any need (solid or liquid) found on the cottage's floor or directly on the furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) will be considered as degradation and will result in an extra charge.

Are there cameras in the apartment or outside?

No, we fully respect the privacy of our guests. Our cameras are only to ensure safety and compliance with the rules at all times. Therefore, they are only located around the building and front door.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No.

Are parties allowed in the apartment?

Large gatherings are not permitted. You must respect the maximum capacity of the apartment for overnight stays (4 persons) and be quiet after 11:00PM.

What are the payment terms?

When booking, a reservation deposit of 50% of total amount including taxes is due to block the dates on our rental calendar.The balance of final payment (remaining 50%) is payable 5 days before your arrival.The reservation deposit and the balance of payment can be paid by Interac e-transfer or credit card. For payments by credit card, an administrative charge of 4% is added to the amount of the reservation. There is no charge for Interac e-transfers.

Once the reservation is made, when will I receive the code for the front door?

For obvious reasons, the access code for the property changes regularly. Therefore, we will send you the access code once the reservation has been paid in full. This will be approximately 24 to 48 hours before the date of your arrival.
